Privacy Notice
This notice explains personal data processing when you visit the TouchPurple website or use its enquiry form.

Data and collection
We receive the name, company, email address, optional phone number, selected solution and message that you enter electronically into the enquiry form. A request ID, language, creation time and email notification status are also recorded. Hosting and security infrastructure may process your IP address and browser/network information transmitted with a request. Do not include unnecessary personal data, passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data in your message.
Purposes and legal grounds
Contact and enquiry information is processed to assess business enquiries, answer questions and respond to you. Where a request directly concerns entering into or performing a contract with you, Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 applies. For company representatives and general business enquiries, Article 5(2)(f) concerns the legitimate interest in conducting business communications, provided your fundamental rights are not prejudiced. Technical security and abuse prevention are assessed under Article 5(2)(f); an applicable legal obligation or legal claim may require specific processing under Articles 5(2)(ç) or 5(2)(e). Optional browser draft storage depends on your separate preference. Reading this notice or sending an enquiry is not blanket consent for marketing communications or international transfers.
Recipients
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Request details are sent through Resend to adops@touchpurple.com and used by authorised company personnel handling the enquiry. Hosting, security, storage and email providers may process data to deliver these services. Information may be provided to competent authorities or courts where legally required. This form workflow does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
International services
Cloudflare and Resend are providers established outside Türkiye. Their use may involve processing or storing enquiry and technical access data outside Türkiye. International transfers require separate assessment under Article 9 of Law No. 6698; this notice does not itself constitute a transfer safeguard or consent. You may request information about recipients and transfer practices at adops@touchpurple.com.
Retention
Retention is determined by the time needed to assess and follow up an enquiry, any continuing business relationship, applicable statutory retention duties and periods relevant to legal claims. The Cookie Policy explains optional browser draft storage. Server records, email copies and providers’ technical records are separate: deleting a browser draft does not delete them. Contact the controller to request deletion or information about retention.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purposes and whether use is consistent with them, and learn the third parties receiving it domestically or abroad. You may request correction, deletion or destruction subject to statutory conditions and notification of those actions to recipients. You may also object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Statutory applications are subject to the methods and identity verification requirements in the applicable Turkish regulation on requests to controllers. Only information necessary to verify your identity and request should be requested.
