Cookie Policy
This page explains cookies, browser storage and your choices on the TouchPurple website.
Current use
The site application has no advertising, retargeting or third-party analytics cookies installed. Some features use localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser. These are not cookies; they are described below as similar storage technologies.
Necessary preference record
touchpurple-storage-preference stores your storage choice in localStorage on your device. It expires after six months; on a subsequent visit the site removes an expired preference and asks again. This record contains no form fields and is not sent to the server by the preference interface.
Page transitions
touchpurple-arriving briefly stores the destination page path in sessionStorage for supported transitions. It is removed when the destination page opens. It is not used for advertising or visitor profiling.
Optional form draft
If you allow it, touchpurple-enquiry-draft stores your name, company, email address, optional phone number, solution selection and message in sessionStorage in this tab. This helps avoid losing your writing while navigating. It is deleted after a successful submission or when you withdraw permission. It is normally cleared when the tab session ends; browser session restoration may extend that period. You can still use the form without allowing draft storage.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie and storage preferences” in the footer of any page to enable or disable optional draft storage. Disabling it deletes the draft in this browser; it does not delete an enquiry previously submitted to the server. You can also clear site data through your browser settings.
Infrastructure and scope
The website is served through Cloudflare. Server-side security and network processing is separate from browser storage preferences. This panel does not manage email notifications or enquiries stored on the server. Before any advertising or analytics tool is introduced, this information and any required preference mechanism must be updated. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
